charging for bulk edits of items messed up from new categories

If it isnt enough that every day I have another 100+ items that need item specifics due to the category change over.  My items are in the wrong category, measurements have been deleted.  Today when went into bulk edit to update categories. put in all of the lost item specifics , measurements, color and so many more ridiculous repetitive meaningless specifics. Now I am charged for the edits. I can't go on with this fiasco. I realize that eBay has decided to treat us like children instead knowledgeable sellers who can create a listing including the specific search terms needed for our items. Now like a child I am expected to fabricate specifics to get my reward of the complete blue circle with the lightening bolt. I know that updates from eBay say not to put in NA and skip specifics that do not apply. The problem is that 20% of my items do not have the DO NOT REMIND ME AGAIN box. There is no bulk edit for  DO NOT REMIND ME AGAIN. If I do not appease the ebay specifics god, are my items lost in search?

1) Yesterday I noticed that when I wanted to lower the price $25. on my item eBay attempted to charge me a $.35. Fee so I didn’t immediately do it.

2) Later on I attempted to lower the price again and then surprise! surprise! the lower price went through.

3) Little then did I realize eBay took from me, used, 2 of my remaining free October listings to cover the new $.35 cost.

thank you this explains it.  I have used up all of my auctions, so now if I want to make any edits I am charged. After 20 years the smoke an mirrors of eBay fees has me totally frustrated. I am putting my new listings  on other platforms I am sick if these item specifics and the lack of transparency in my monthly statement.
