changing a buy it now listing to auction

need to put a listing on auction - change it from buy it now

From the dropdown menu next to the item, select Change to Auction.

Once you do change your listing to auction, be aware that the Buy it now listing is now shown under 

Listings-> Unsold and Listings-> Ended.  I always go there and delete the Buy it now item since it no longer 

exists.

I usually end the item & relist or sell similar as an auction listing.

Select the item you want to move. 

Go to Actions at the top of the page.

Select change to auction.
