change name how purchase shows up on buyers billing statement

Many years ago I set up my store name and that is how it would show up on someones credit card statement.  Recently had a charge back from a credit card company and paypal said you should change the name to ebay purchase and not your store name. I agree, someone won't remember my store name but will remember charging an ebay purchase. I just don't know where to find that information again... Anyone??

As I recall, that information is given to Paypal as to how you wish your username to be displayed.  My username is also part of my store name, so it should be easy for anyone to recall the purchase from me when they see their credit card statement.
