cannot ship an item

It says I cannot ship an item I have sold even though on the listing I put international shipping. It says “this item needs to be shipped from a different country website”

Your Sold listing shows the shipping option as "FedEx Smart Post" but the item location is Greece.  And if I change the buyer location to Greece, the shipping offered is USPS Priority Mail International. That is not going to work for you.  If you listed the item on eBay.com, which is the US web site, then the only shipping you can purchase through eBay is for shipping from a US location.  You will have to purchase your shipping service elsewhere other than through eBay.

You will not be able to purchase a shipping label through eBay, so changing the shipping service (which you listed as Free anyway) is not going to make a difference. Buy your own shipping label at your Greek post office to ship the package, then mark it as Shipped in your listing and upload the tracking number. I do not know if the US website will recognize a Greek tracking number, but at this point it is probably more important to just get your $350 boots shipped any safe way that you can.

Greece belongs to the Universal Postal Union as does the USA and over 170 other countries so tracking is no problem.

Be sure to use Tracking and Air Mail.

Surface Mail only sounds cheap. It is very slow, two to three months, and even slower with fewer ships sailing during the pandemic.  By the time it arrives, you customer will have won an Item Not Received Dispute and been given a refund.
