I got the offer for my product and it accepted outo. but the buyer didn't pay. After i got that order i send the invoice to buyer and after 4 days i check that order but buyer didn't pay so i cancle the order because of buyer didn't pay. is that wrong?
You did it right, you wait for 5 days then cancel, if you wait the correct time then the you can cancel as "not paid" so eBay can be aware of specific buyer.
