cancel order

I have tried to cancel an order and it keeps telling it cant be done.  HELP

Ask the buyer to send a cancel request.

I also was having the same issue. I contacted Ebay customer service on chat. They stated that Ebay is having some technical issues and a work order was placed. I also could not do a refund due to an item being sent back to us for insufficient address. I am guessing that is also included in the current technical issue.
