cancel an order

I cannot find where ebay will allow me to cancel an order. I have a buyer who didn't read the listing well enough and bought an item. The buyer wants to cancel before it gets shipped. I'm OK with that but cannot find where in the new ebay  maze I can cancel an order for the buyer.

Find the sale and from the drop down arrow to the left choose "cancel order"
