You have 4 days...on day no. 5 cancel the sale citing the buyer didn't pay.  That person will get a strike on their account.  You should block them as well:

Can a buyer be blocked after one strike?

You can put any member's ID on your blocked bidders list.  But the strictest setting for the buyer management site preference is two strikes in 12 months.

You can block a buyer simply by putting them on your BBL.
