Any one else having trouble sending a message? I am trying to send a message to a customer and keep getting this error message: Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.
These 'something went wrong' messages are happening far too often. Get it together!

Irritating, I know, but all you can do is try again later. They do seem to be happening frequently lately.
You can clear cache and cookies and try another browser. That might work.
If all else fails, you can post it on the Technical Issues Board under Inside ebay.

Log out and in again, then try sending the message. If you're jumping back and forth between multiple windows and (especially) between buying and selling accounts, it's very easy to get into a situation where you're attempting to reply to a customer message, but are currently logged into your buying account instead of your selling account. If so, that's the message that you will see.
I think it's actually kind of a catch-all message that comes up in response to any error condition that doesn't have a more specific error message for the user, but that's the most common condition for when I see it myself.
