When I click on view offer from the hub it just takes me to the listing as my own personal i:d and not as a VA

@1randz I assume you're accessing another account using Multi-User Account Access set up via eBay? I don't currently see any option to allow other accounts to view and accept offers in the permissions for that feature, so it may be something that has not yet been enabled for MUAA.

^^ This is exactly what I was going to say before reading the replies. Ability to accept offers is not on the MUAA list of permissions.

I'll add information that can help you work around this issue @1randz .
Within the listing's offer settings you can set up thresholds for auto-accept and auto-decline. With those settings offers won't require a manual review unless they are counter-offers to Seller Initiated Offers (SIO). I'm not sure if SIO will work with the listings auto accept/decline thresholds.
