You are welcome to post here but we don't use Payoneer in the US.

eBay allows US sellers to have the  same checking account for all of their eBay accounts.

That being said I would think you can use the same Payoneer account for multiple eBay accounts if Payoneer allows you to add different email addresses to your Payoneer account.

I recommend getting one account up and running with multiple sales of quality products before you open more accounts.  You haven't had a single successful sale yet and you're worried about opening another?????????????????

There are a lot of people in the US that use Payoneer because not all non eBay sites use PayPal but use Payoneer or Skrill instead.

I wouldn't worry about it, your chances of even having one successful account is astronomically low. I do more business by myself than the largest ebay seller in Sri Lanka and I am not even in the top 50 sellers in my category. 

The scammers and social media people in Sri Lanka who gave you the idea to sell in the first place have made it absolutely impossible to earn a profit from your location.
