can anyone tell me if i can find out items that have not been relisted passed the 60 day limit

Don't understand your question.   All listing automatically renew over & over again (unless you end listing).   Are trying to find "stale listing" over 60-days old?  Go to LISTING, ACTIVE (click on START DATE).   This will sort listing by their "start date".
