can any one explain that how come the title of my listing was changed

When I am listing a book and search for sold titles - if I click on "sell one like this"  the title of the item sold will replace the title I listed in my search.   Other than that I have no clue.

I've had titles (and every so often a description) revert back to the original on upload when I've used a sell similar. Very annoying and just more reason to have to double check every listing AFTER it goes live (only platform I have to do this btw)

I haven't seen titles revert - but if I add a UPC or for some reason some of my listings have excluded countries - so if I edit that - I have found anything I have changed in my descriptions, listing format and prices have reverted to the originals.

I have to remember to insert a UPC and then scoll to the bottom of the listing to check excluded countries  before I make any other changes. Do I remember - not often!

OP The only issue I have seen is when I do sell similar from an old listing of mine.

The quantity will go back to the original qty.

Must be an ebay catalogue issue...

Plugging in UPC's and ISBN's if you aren't careful eBay will overwrite your title to what ever title they have on the product page for that item.
