can I change shipping from location and item category?

I listed 3 item in my selling account from same category and same location.And I want to change the category and the selling location to another country.can anyone tell me how to to that and what to avoid please...

Customers need to know exactly where their item is coming from.  Item location misrepresentation violates Ebay policy and will jeopardize your account. 

If you are thinking about drop shipping, please reconsider.  Very Risky business platform and many from your community have been suspended due to not understanding the risks involved and being inexperienced as a seller. 

You might also consider lowering your prices on your items.  Rose quartz is a very inexpensive semi precious gemstone and my guess is most will not pay $120 when you can get a 15.5" inch strand for under $8.  And a brown rubber bangle? $120? I don't think so.

I totally agree. Please do not drop ship. I think your pictures are lovely, and since I do not shop based on price, they seem okay to me. You might try  to refresh your items. I see some were listed in January, and it is May.  It will make them look like they are not hanging around.

In their description of the $120 rubber bangle it reads:

“Why You Need It:1. Rose Quartz: love, interpersonal relationship, treatment of heart disease, ”.

I agree with the other posters—drop-shipping is not a good idea. It might be sometime in the future, but for now, you need to get a grasp on how to sell on eBay. 

If i were you, i would take those three listings down. Way too many discrepancies in them. I realize English is not your primary language, but you need a better command of it to be successful here. You are not in danger of selling the wildly overpriced spiral bracelet or the rose quartz but the rhinestone bracelet is within the realm of possibility. Is it sterling silver, or not?
