I had a buyer recently open a return request "doesn't seem authentic" they selected. I approved the return as soon as I got it and provided a label. Under the case information it says "If the buyer doesn't send the item back by Mar 12 we may close this return." It's past that date now. What do I do at this point?

I second - call customer service and have them close the return.
