a buyer has put a negative feed back, calling me a fraudulent sell. The is not a fraudulent item, the only mistake was the description of the ounce (posted 26 oz should have been 16 oz) The item is a real Disney World Mug, many identical mugs have sold on ebay and other selling platforms, for more money than what I sold. To be called a fraudulent buyer now puts my business at risk. I have many other disney mugs for sale. The buyer did not give me the opportunity to correct before posting negative, derogatory information against me. The buyer also indicated has the identical mug at home. I responded to ebay to have negative feedback removed, was denied. Ok, I understand unhappy if mug ounce was incorrect, but to call me a fraudulent buyer based on what the buyer has at home, maybe if comparing the one at home is not real? How do i get this off, it will affect how I can sell may other disney mugs I have posted. I also agreed to full refund and to not return mug, already taking a loss. Any help? I can agree to mistake of description but not slander

First, you sent the wrong item so yes you are subject to negative feedback. They buyer is not happy and let you know it. Second, it is only one negative feedback, it happens. You have a good response. My advice is to keep selling, make sure your descriptions are accurate and you are shipping on time. Soon this comment will be buried with positive feedback and in one year it will drop off.

Have you considered offering to refund in full and let the buyer keep the mug?

It does look like a fake. It certainly isn’t slander (or libel).

I think buyers know that a "slanderous" insult is more biting than a factual one.
One thing is true about feedback, what one writes about someone else reveals more about the writer than about the person at whom the writing was directed.
Future buyers may be more alert to checking that your items are legitimate, but they won't turn away just because one buyer called you names.
I agree with other posters. You left a good response. Double check that your items are legit and move on. Looks like you are doing well.

To be called a fraudulent buyer now puts my business at risk.
Your listing contained false information that misled a buyer. That also puts your business at risk.
The buyer did not give me the opportunity to correct before posting negative
Buyers are not required to give sellers the opportunity to correct.
I responded to ebay to have negative feedback removed, was denied.
Your listing contained false information that misled a buyer. eBay is not going to remove the negative comment simply because you object to the buyer's opinion of the authenticity of the item and/or your intent.
How do i get this off
Now that you have refunded, you ask the buyer politely if he would be willing to revise his feedback and if so you send him a feedback revision request. (But that might be less likely now that your feedback response indirectly criticizes his handling of the situation.)
