Are you asking how to block someone from buying your item, or are you saying a buyer is blocked from buying your item and you do not know why?

buyer says he tried to bid and was restricted because he either bought something from me in the last ten days i dont know he just said he was restricted from bidding

I woud look at this as a fact that blocks to prevent bad buyers are working

if somone were to ask me why they were blocked I would just tell them its an ebay thing

if a bidder has failed to pay another seller then they are not welcom to buy from me

I do not want them if they are a deadbeat.I am sure other sellers here may feel similar

the buyer said hes restricted from buying a item that the specific of it he said he was prevented from buying because he bought something in the last 10 days i dont know what else i can say ,bill

Please read my post. It's something you can change and prevent form happening.

Then look at the part in the red box in screenshot below.  If editing that doesn't allow buyer to bid/buy then add their ID to your exempt buyer list on the same page..
