I just got a one sentence message from a buyer who bought a pair of new LulaRoe leggings from me saying she wore them once, washed on delicate, and now there's a hole. It implies she feels duped, but doesn't specify whether by me or by LulaRoe as a company. (I'm not a consultant, just someone who admittedly bought too much. I have no affliliation with the company.) They were brand new, I never even tried them on, other than taking the pictures, they stayed in the bag I recived them in. They are genuine LulaRoe, I posted pictures of the tags. I can't see how I would have "duped" her, nor do I feel it would be my fault if they had tore. So I'm not really sure how to respond. Any Advice?? Thanks in advance!
