i connect on whatsapp with a seller from olx then i purchase a iphone from him but now i realize this is a fake android customize fake iphone . What can i do now ??

This is eBay.

Whatsapp is an entirely different company.

It's like complaining to McDonalds that the tires you bought at Target are made of burlap.

EBay has a Money Back Guarantee which is good for 30 days from delivery.

But it only kicks in if you bought the item here on eBay, not some other site, and if you paid through eBay, not directly.

However.

How did you pay?
With a credit card?
Go to the 1-800 number on the back of the card or on your monthly invoice and ask about a chargeback.

Have the site, the transaction number, the transaction date, and the title of the listing at hand to help the clerk process your refund.

If you bought with a gift card, this will not work. If you bought with a debit card, this will not work.  Never use either of those to buy online because those money processors cannot make refunds. It's like handing over cash.

This is eBay, there is no connection between eBay and OLX.

Apparently there are lots of scams on OLX, since you paid via whatsapp you almost certainly have been scammed.

Check this article for some advice on what steps you can take, it doesn't sound like OLX itself will be much help.
