First ! OMG IS THERE REALLY NO PHONE TO CONNECT WITH EBAY???? I have money in my checking from ebay from what I do not know.  theres a balance in my selling account for what I do not know . And I supposedly have not shiopped an item I did not really sell!! I told the person it was sold I told ebay it was sold

Is this about the Michael Kors change purse that ended on Oct 25? Or was it something else?

that item is shown as "sold" and doesn't appear to be cancelled. It's not enough to just tell the buyer and eBay that you sold something elsewhere. You have to actually cancel the transaction and refund the payment.

Apparently in October you sold a Michael Kors Change purse. 
If you look in your sold folder in your Seller hub you’ll see it.

You sold a Michael Kors wallet on Oct. 25. Did the buyer pay? Did you ship the wallet? 

If the buyer paid, the money would (likely) be held for 30 days since you are a new seller, after which it would be transferred to your bank. 

If it's telling you to ship, you didn't mark an item as "shipped" nor did you print a shipping label through the order. 

What do you mean by not really selling an item? 

Please give more information about what's going on.
