not sure if ebay will remove it or if i have to request a feedback revision from the buyer, but i figured i would try both. Buyer from UK left negative feedback because they were charged an import tax by their post office at delivery. I've sold many orders to the UK, most buyers are used to these import taxes imposed by their country, and very few have contacted me before with their concern about it. I will add in my listing description for now on a reminder about this tax, although i dont know how much good that will do. What would you do?
If you would call or write ebay about it, do you have an email or phone number thats more of a direct line to who i need to speak to? Thanks

It looks like it was revised.

That disclaimer is a good idea; most who ship internationally do put that in their listings.
