below standard rating on ebay

I have been selling on ebay for 18 years. I have 100% positive feedback . I was told i was downgraded to below standard. Because i was found to have to many seller canceled orders.  Th number of cancelations is 20 for the last year. . I use a third party The Art of Books. to list and  and add and remove listings.   I dont list on ebay except for lots. Which i am unable to sell on amazon. Unless the lot waas created by the publisher. and given a isbn number.  I ran into a problem where a customer asked to cancel the order. I would get this message that i can relist for free. I am afraid I fill for this now i recognize that when i relist on ebay in that situation in create a second listing. As the book is already listed on AOB.  I got my brother to go through my inventory to check to make sure i didt have any listings duplicated on aob because of this mistake. I should mention that amazon flags these situations, However they will flag a minor increase in this metric and then in a few days it goes back down. The other thing my sales have gone into the toilet. Additionally I have found that customers that try to leave positive feedback will try repeatedly then give up and tell me they tried to leave positive feedback and were blocked repeatedly and gave up.   Any suggestions

Feedback has nothing to do with the cancelled orders.

The seller performance policy is clear.  eBay does not want you to cancel orders.

If you cannot monitor your inventory, you may need to reevaluate your processes.

Put you store on time away until you get it under control.

You risk getting removed from eBay altogether if you don't fix this issue.

I presume you are cross listing or drop shipping between ebay and AZ. Are these books actually in your possession?

20 cancellations in a calendar year is excessive. It appears this management software is not working well for you.

The Art of Books says this on their list of features:

Save your time and good name by minimizing "double sales"

If they're not helping you avoid that and not need to cancel, you may want to reassess how you're doing business.  20 seller-initiated cancellations in a year is a lot.

It is hard enough to keep up with inventory without having a 3rd party screw things up for you.

I am perfectly capable of doing that on my own (for free.)
