below selling transaction messages off ebay

l keep getting messages from ebay to say my transaction rate is below standard , my sales have been very slow so far this year but l am still selling and have a almost 100% feedback rating, why are ebay threatening action because lm not selling as much as last year, lm still selling and paying their selling fees but not as much as last year , l have reduced my prices drastically but sales are still slow, l dont understand why my account may be restricted ,any more than it is , they have already stopped me listing in the overseas buyers section and stopped the special offers , why would they stop my account when l am still selling ?

Rules for UK sellers may be different than for USA sellers (this is a USA discussion board), but you should be able to see the reason why you are Below Standard on Seller Hub.  There is a section there that is probably titled "Seller Level".  If you click on that, you should be able to see why you have fallen below standard.
