all of my selling levels are 100 percent . How do i become a top rated seller and receive the badge and benefits ?

What I am saying is that Ebay has never offered the Seller Protections offered in the October 1st policy change.  

I get it that you don't trust Ebay and you are upset with them.  That is clear.  

Time will tell how the upcoming changes play out.  We will all have to wait and see how well the work in application.
