I can't find it as a feature anymore. I've had to go in and manually re-list all of my listings. Seems this happened right after ebay had a glitch. For like 24 hours sold listings were being send to my unsold folder. And I wasn't receiving email notifications of all listings that ended. After they fixed that the auto resist feature disappeared.
Also doesn't seem to matter if I create a new listing via mobile app or desktop, the listing don't auto relist.
