auctions relisted automatically was BINs

This has been occurring for past 2 months. Have the rules changed?

mistake made in title - should say relisted AS BINs

     So if I understand correctly you BIN fixed priced items have been automatically renewing every month. To the best of my knowledge this is nothing new. The whole policy follows but note the section below.

You should also see the following on your listing when you create it. It's at the very bottom of the listing.
