I haven't listed anything for about 2 years, and when I try to list it for the first time in a while, I enter the product details and press the list button.

will be displayed and you will not be able to sell it.

I accessed the eBay resolution center link, but nothing was found.
Various sites advise me to send an email to resolve the issue, but instead of email, I am directed to an AI chat, and even in that chat I only get answers that don't get to the point.

A lot has changed in 2 years with selling requirements - did you already set up your banking and funding accounts for Managed Payments?

As for the Chat, type in AGENT at the bottom of the chat box until you see the options for live contact with an Agent to look at your account.

Or - You're in Japan - if your account is registered here on ebay.com and not on eBay Japan, contact the social media team here for help figuring out what is going on with your account. Seems like there's an old issue that wasn't resolved.

Only use the Private DM or PM Messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, your real name/address, the email attached to your account, and explain the issue in detail.
They usually respond in a day or two.
