adding shipping cost to a one time policy

In the panel 

Enter flat shipping cost overrides

entering a shipping cost then press save and exit. it just stops with no update to the policy.

BAD, this needs to be fixed and simplified.

I don't know if this is a 'today' glitch - I am having the same issue and normally it updates immediately

I just found that the other day and same thing, change it and then just sat there, I couldn't continue. It's would actually be a VERY helpful so I don't have to make a new policy I'd use once.
