add fee

Listing  fees (ad fees) are not refunded - if you paid for them.  Currently you  have 11 active fixed  price listings and you received a monthly allotment of 50 free listings each month.   So it seems your listing fee  was $0.00.  Of course, it is conceivable you sold a bunch of items during the month - like more than 39 before you incurred a single listing fee but that is a  low probability IMO.

You may want to  add  the "immediate payment required option to your  listing.  I  helps  minimize none payers  greatly for me -  haven't  had a non payer in  over 3  years.  Read thsi  link for more info.

Hi. Your ad fee for promoted listing is suppose to credited back on the following months selling invoice.
