You have been approved by Payoneer. Great! Now you have to be approved by Ebay and that can take up to 30 days. All I can suggest is while you wait to be approved is to sign up with the Ebay Academy to teach you how to be a trusted and proper seller. Make sure you read all the policies ebay provides as well as the rules concerning what you can and cannot sell on ebay.
One more thing...don't start attempting to list things until ebay says it's ok and sends you a notice that you're all set. Doing this can jeopardize the account you are trying to make. Good luck.
