account type edit link disappeared

Hi Guys,

Am trying to change my business account to a basic personal account but when I go to the account type the edit symbol has gone , I can do anything BUT change account type?

Has anyone else encountered this and if so How do I change it over in 2023?

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to change a business account to a personal account.

Under some circumstances, you can "upgrade" a personal account to a business one, but it has never been possible to "downgrade" a business account.
