i had a selling account which have been restricted for several issues, that at the time was still learning how to resolve, ebay have restrict the account permanently , is there a chanel to resolve such restriction as for appeal and present new business plan and hopefully be able to sell again, or is that the way ebay works, once the account is restricted is that a lifetime restriction? thanks

If it says permanently, then you are done.
It is very hard to come back from that kind of suspension.
What is your new business plan? It seems to me that you jumped in with both feet and did not learn about selling first. What have you learned since then that would show that you can be successful? What were the several issues you were suspended for? Did you read this Board and the Selling Practices before listing?

Sorry, but a perma ban is the end.

After the first restriction you should have stopped listing and selling until you had a better understanding of how ebay works.

thanks for the help, but since this is the end and nothing can be done, it does not matter what can be done, at this point ill have to seek other avenues,a nd wait for other platform that will come along, just like there was ebay, her comes amazon, there are many more in the works and will give opportunity to people who are willing to make improvement.

Did you already appeal? If not do a google on how to appeal an ebay restriction.

OP, you are welcome, and I am sorry this happened to you. I wish you had researched how to sell before you started selling; that would have helped you avoid those restrictions; and I wish you had stopped at your first restriction and taken the time to consult this Board and the Knowledge Center. Amazon does not allow much used items to be sold there, and as for new, some categories are gated in that they do not want any more sellers in them~and Amazon is even stricter on sellers, plus it costs more to see there as well. If you choose another site, be sure you have a good basic idea of what to do before you start sellin there, so you don't end up in this same situation, and I wish you all the best!

You might want to check feedback.
Just a thought. YMMV

Sorry, OP, I checked your feedback and you have several very serious on going issues that you will need to correct before you sell anywhere. But good luck.

When every buyer with a complaint is, by definition, a "scammer," then the problem lies with the seller, not the buyers.

Yeah, I think eBay has done a lot of people a favor by kicking this seller off the platform .... looks like he was cheating customers and the USPS.

The last time I saw a consistent pattern of feedback responses like that, it was a seller who was trying to obscure the fact that he was selling counterfeit APBA Baseball player cards. He got booted off, but not before leaving a nasty trail of retaliatory negs in his wake (this was when you could still neg buyers).

Are there others selling the same, or similar, products as you are?
There seems to be a conspiracy against new sellers, and if one of your competitors is also an eBay employee, and most employees also sell, you're doomed before you start.

Occam's Razor.
