i had a selling account which have been restricted for several issues, that at the time was still learning how to resolve, ebay have restrict the account permanently , is there a chanel to resolve such restriction as for appeal and present new business plan and hopefully be able to sell again, or is that the way ebay works, once the account is restricted is that a lifetime restriction? thanks
