If you are looking to sell to overseas buyers (US, Europe etc.) eBay.cn will not work for you, none of the listing there will ever show up for International buyers.

To sell overseas you should list on eBay.com or possible eBay in Australia or the UK.

So this is a USA community board. China and Hong Kong might be a little different and you need to use a China community board for answers. I have seen this before "check or draft" which we do not have in the USA as far as I know. Could be a certain seller there.

You are asking on the U.S.site.

eBay's accepted payment methods in the U.S. are Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards, Discover and Amex,  GooglePay,  ApplePay and spendable funds.

A seller cannot refuse payment by those methods.
