@ag9197   you are in India. You will need to read Start Selling, All About Listing and you should take eBays Seller school. Thats a start but there is so much more. 

You will then need to sign up for Payoneer and get approved to sell.

Then you can "start up your small business"

Do NOT drop ship stuff from China.

Only sell what you have.
