Hello all, we have a listing which is stumping us for lack of ranking.

searching for "anest iwata ws400" we do not show up at all.
"anest iwata ws400 1.3" we rank about 6th.
there are only 26 results full stop and many of them are from abroad.
I have been selling on ebay for 6 years but havent seen a search bug like this before, i know there are certain issues when using certain symbols but we dont have these and i see nothing wrong with our listing - bizarrly another product of ours which is quite different shows...
any opinions would be appreciated!
