Greetings All:
The new postal rates are set to change automatically for calculated shipping, which is how all of my listings ship. But does that also include the First Class Package shipping? It's going to zonal, so will that be changed automatically for the listings too, so that all the "same rate to all zones First Class Packages" will show to the buyer the correct amount for where they are. I've gotten First Class Package buyers from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands on my two accounts and I don't want to get caught sitting on my hands. Thanks.

Calculated shipping will show, and be charged at the rate in effect when the buyer purchases.
You will be charged for shipping at the rate in effect when you print your label.

Shipping to all of those places will cost you the same as shipping to California.
It is reasonable to expect that all listings will show the new USPS rates on the date that they change, since that's the way it has always been implemented. The eBay shipping calculator is directly connected to the USPS rates.
