A buyer is asking me if I can DHL it to them in Zambia. Can anyone confirm if ebay ISD uses DHL when going to Zambia? If so, I can just say yes and use them.

You didn't just receive an inquiry about buying a handyroll electric machine, did you? 😅

No clue.
Gave up on DHL years ago - so many issues.
Your days on here make mine look like Mary Poppins stopped by. Lol

It makes me nervous when a buyer wants to dictate the shipping service the seller must use.
I would suggest to the buyer that he consider using a freight forwarder who is used to dealing with African clients.
As you know, when your shipment is accepted by a forwarder most of your responsibilities end. Most (though not all) forwarders even handle customs brokerage which can be used as part of a scam, although mostly by Germans.
At least Zambia is relatively stable and is not at war with its neighbours nor in a state of civil unrest.
