For days I have been trying to change my Email address. I keep getting the message: "Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again." I have chatted with cs and they admit there is a problem and have sent a ticket to technical support.
The programmers need to be replaced if they can not do a simple code to save a Email address. They need to be flipping burgers rather than programming.
Every time they make a "improvement" there are more glitches than before the changes. I know they need to try to justify their jobs but IF IT AINT BROKE THEN DON'T FIX IT

Not sure what is causing problems with changing your email. Just wanted to let you know EBAY has switched from PAY PAL to MANAGED PAYMENTS. Mandatory for all Sellers to sign up for MANAGED PAYMENTS (otherwise you cannot revise or list new items). With MANAGED PAYMENTS money is deposited directly into your CHECKING ACCOUNT (about 3-5 days after sale). EBAY fees and shipping costs are deducted (balance is deposited into your checking account.

I am still in PayPal but that should not anything to do with saving my Ebay Email address. I changed my PayPal Email address without any problems.
