Your listing was removed: Product safety policy

Anyone having this issue?   I got this email notice that a listing was removed, but it doesn't say which listing was removed.  I will be happy to comply if I knew which item to stop attempting to list.  Hmm...someone in IT or Development needs to test their algorithms more thoroughly.

The Message I received ...

We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Product safety policy. Products that pose a health or safety hazard can’t be listed on eBay.
What activity didn't follow the policy

Due to product safety concerns, these batteries are not allowed unless they are included with a product or accessory designed to use them. Please do not relist this item, stop selling this item immediately, and take necessary action to block this product from your listing software.

What you need to do next

You can't relist items we've ended. Please ensure your current and future listings follow this policy.

What is the policy

The following types of items aren’t allowed:

- Items recalled by the manufacturer, any government agency, or those whose sale is prohibited by law
- Items that pose a health or safety hazard as specified by any government agency

Sellers can list the following types of items:

- Items subject to a recall but not prohibited by law as long as the listing includes the recall information
- Items complying with these safety standards:
-- Cribs meeting federal safety standards issued by the CPSC in 2011, which must be included in the listing
-- Child car safety seats meeting Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 213, which must be included in the listing
-- Hoverboards, self-balancing scooters, and components or parts (such as batteries and chargers) certified to meet UL 2272 safety standards. The listing must state that the item is UL 2272 certified, include a link to the UL Online Certifications Directory showing the certification, and only offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia

How this affects your account

Because you may not have been aware of this policy, we're sending this notice to educate you about it and ask that you follow this policy in the future.

- Listings that didn't follow this policy have been ended.
- We have credited all associated fees except for payments processing fees and the final value fee for your listing(s).

Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will be ended.

Why we have this policy

This policy helps sellers follow important government regulations.

My listings and all competitors listings for a questionable hazardous product have been removed, EXCEPT ONE SELLER.

We have continuously complained to no avail.

This one seller has increased his prices by 30% since he has no competition.

How can we either remove this seller and get the rest of us relisted?

I received a similar message, after researching I found that it was a similar but not the same, product that was made in South Korea. The ones I sell were made in China and have no recalls and are being sold by other sellers. Is there a way to fix and relist these?  They are different. Now a seller is asking for a refund, I believe that they reported the item. They marked it as not received but under notes it says "recalled product" but it is a different product. Any advice would be helpful.
