@thebudgetdiva What happens when you click the link provided on the top right of the form to switch to the business tool? That should be all you need to do since you already opted in to seller hub.
Here's more info about that error message:
Typically when sellers report this it's because their account is opted in to business policies but they're trying to list with the quick listing tool which doesn't support business policies.
So you can either switch to Seller Hub and the unified (business) listing tool, or you can opt out of biz policies and keep using the quick lister.
There should be an error message at the top of the listing form that directs you Seller Hub and the unified lister.
Manage and edit biz policies, or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings on this page.
I think this information is out of date or misleading, at least in as far as it doesn't describe what is happening on a desktop browser. I received the same error message at the top of the screen when I clicked on sell similar just now, along with a new looking listing form that did not have any option to use the postage policies I created (see pics below). There is no 'switch to business tool' option in Firefox on a desktop.
'You are using business policy, which is not supported by this listing tool, please sign up Seller Hub so you can use the business tool to list items properly.'
I was just told by Ebay CS:
'Please know that quick listing tool is a updated tool, many features are not working in old listing tool. So system won't allow you to opt out from quick listing tool'.
They gave me a direct link to 'sell similar' for the item that I had a window open with this 'quick list tool', and that link opened up the old listing tool for the same item. Subsequent attempts to create a new or similar listing brought up the old tool.
Then later I was told:
'Please do not worry it seems like some temporary glitch, however it has been resolve now and I am positive that it will not happen again.'
