Wrong fees being charged for managed payments

I sold two items.  One was Computers/Tablets & Networking>Home Networking & Connectivity>VoIP Phone Adapters, the other was Consumer Electronics>Vintage Electronics>Vintage Audio & Video>Vintage Parts & Accessories>Vintage Manuals.

Both were charged 14.55%

Customer support is insisting that is the correct rate without any explanation.

I'm calling **bleep** on this.

And on top of that, I'm being charged fees based on my buyers' sales tax rate which I have ZERO control over.

Yes, you're being charged fees on the sales tax. That's how MP works. Doesn't matter that you don't have control over it.

Are the buyers in the USA? International sales are charged higher fees.
