I sold a NWT blue Under Armour hoodie, the buyer got a really good deal on this hoodie too. I just got 3 messages from the buyer complaining that the blue didn´t match the picture, he thought it was a navy blue hoodie. I listed it as blue, not navy blue. He sent me 3 pictures of the same hoodie, and the last picture was the hoodie beside of a navy blue sweatshirt. So it appears that he assumed my hoodie would be that shade of blue. I really don´t feel that I misrepresented my item, what do I do?

If you have to tell the buyer they’re wrong, you’ve already lost.
I can’t stand sales employees who tell you you’re wrong while they fix whatever you needed. It’s immature.

Are you familiar with eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? The one where it says that all the buyer needs to do is open an item not as described case and the seller (you, in this case) will be required to send a prepaid return label and to refund in full when the item is received back.

Yeah, but you will never know. You pay for all kinds of issues already that you never know about. Unless the seller posts in the listing that they raised the price due to a return (not likely!)
