Hi. I'm very worried. After a buyer bought two expensive items, I shipped them both out yesterday and
uploaded the tracking number through ebay.
Today I got a suspicious buyer message from eBay saying the buyer isn't valid and that my listing has been removed and that I shouldn't ship. He paid immediate payments (wasn't an auction) and all funds were in my PayPal account like normal. I also sold to this buyer a month ago and everything went well. He registered in 2015 and has over 6000 great buyer (and recent) feedback. Not one of his feedback gave a negative a connotation...many were from repeat sellers and feedback was very personalized (not just the standard positive feedback). He's also left me kind feeback from the last purchase. We also messaged each other through eBay's system right before he bought my items , then
eBay told me to ship. What has happened? Should I be worried? Do I do anything? Thanks.

This happens from time to time. As long as you verified their payment arrived, shipping the item should be fine. And if the item has already shipped it is highly likely to be fine as well.
I don't agree with the other posters that suggested you contact the buyer. Personally I think that is a bad idea. No need to poke the bear so to speak. Just leave it alone.
I've had many of these over the years and I have never had any issue arise on anything I've ever shipped out. So you are likely just fine.

I wouldn’t worry.
I’ve had that happen a few times over the years and all the transactions went smoothly.
People can run afoul of EBay for some pretty minor, accidental reasons.

Maybe you could send your buyer a message and ask him / her to please let you know when the packages arrive?
I don't think it'd be a good idea to ask them if their account is okay. It may freak them out for no reason. Just MHO.

Same here. Several times, and always it worked out ok. Do nothing. Don't message the buyer any more than you would poke a sleeping bear. Tracking is your friend, let it play out.

Buyers cannot be given negative or neutral feedbacks. That happened in 2008. Before then, buyers and sellers alike could give any rating they deemed appropriate.
So even if the buyer was a scam artist, you would not be able to know by consulting his feedback. And leaving a negative statement inside a favorable rating in order to warn other sellers is also a violation of eBay policy. The best you can do to get an idea of whom you are doing business with is to review their feedbacks under the Left For Others tab. Sometimes there are clues in those ratings.

Wonderful, thank you that really helps. I did message them to get a reply (so I could see if their account was still up) and they messaged me back from their seller account (not buyer account) saying because of Covid19 they were having a hard time getting in touch with eBay (so it sounds like they knew about it before I messaged them ). I assured them that because of a successful past dealing I had with them, I believed it was a possible eBay glitch so I'm sure they weren't offended.
I would stop with the communication. You don't know if that other account is actually related to the buying account other than what they told you. I would not share ANY information with this other account holder because you have no idea if it was hacked or what. So be very careful.
While for some contacting Ebay is different right now, Ebay is still accessible. You / we just can't call them. But there is email, Twitter and Facebook for customer service.

Great advice, I'll stop communication. Do you think I'll get suspended by eBay for messaging the buyer about it? I didn't read the part in their notification to not contact the buyer.
Oh no, not at all. It is more to protect you from whatever scam, if any, they may have going on. You don't know who you are talking to because they are using a different account. Sharing information with them is dangerous and a place there is no need for you to go.
