I always list my eBay auctions to go live immediately. I never schedule start times. I haven't for the twenty years I've been on eBay.
At any rate, this morning I put an auction through and found that it was scheduled. Okay, I had already put a few auctions in and it was late...maybe I made a tired mistake. So, I deleted the scheduled auction and started a fresh listing. I made sure this time that the Schedule feature was not selected. I submitted the auction only to find that it was, again, scheduled for later.
What is going on?! Granted, I don't have a store, so I'm not getting dimed for the scheduling fee, but I can't understand why it's doing this. I'm assuming this is a current glitch. Anyone else suffering this?
For the record, I do my work on a desktop, Windows 7, and through Firefox.
Thanks for reading and any input!

I encountered the same issue today. Very weird indeed. No information was found in the help center.

Shouldn't have had to delete it, if you had gone to your scheduled listings you could have changed it to two minutes from now.

If your listing on your phone you may not have seen scheduled was auto selected this is why I use a computer to list so you can see the expanded listing field and if anything is selected that shouldn't be. They are probably selecting it on random unsuspecting sellers in order to gain even more fees.
