Why is Feedback Score lower than the feedback total for Sellers?

Does the above also apply for buyers? Does getting multiple feedback from the same seller in the same week, condense it into one or two feedback?

Yes. Your feedback score will increase by just one point if a member leaves feedback for multiple transactions that occurred within one week (Monday through Sunday).
