I'm trying to sell video game based fan art shadow boxes I made like this: https://www.ebay.com/usr/popsicart?_trksid=p2047675.l2559
And many more are selling the same things in Ebay. But when I try to do it, they prevented me from doing so and told me:
"I understand you are selling self made shadow box with pictures from anime and games and may not be able to send in any documentation for proof of merchandise.
After looking at your items, we regret to inform you that your item is at risk of copyrights violation and we unable to allow you to continue selling it on eBay."
I even showed them links of other people selling similar things in Ebay such as other shadow boxes and fan art. But still they wouldn't let me sell my fan art. What gives???

You are a brand new seller account which eBay monitors for at least 90 days. They apparently reviewed your items and decided you as a new seller would run into problems with the trademarked brand names you are using for your handmade items.
They are trying to protect you, so you do not start your selling carrer with problems. You also as a new seller will have some limits on how many listing and total dollar of your listings.
Here are a couple links to might help you moving forward. Click the links below

So what would be my next step? Do I wait 90 days before I could sell? Do I just sell only one then wait until it sells?
The best thing for new sellers is to sell extra stuff you have around the house. This will allow you to learn how every thing works.
Believe it or not there are a lot of things you need to understand and this 90 day probationary period allows new sellers to not be rated exactly like the rest of the seller base. eBay has very strict seller standards and once you are out of the probationary period you will have to perform to the standard or face restrictions and or suspensions.
Buy some items so you can see the kinds of communications eBay sends to buyers. Sell some items so you can see all the different parts of completing a transaction.
You just need experience right now. You will learn about what eqipment is needed and will make selling easier. You need to learn how to use the seller hub and learn how to find things in the seller center.

You cannot sell someone else's copyrighted items. That is stealing.
So I would suggest you sell something else. Do not look to what others are doing. People break the rules. That does not mean you are allowed to as well.
Become acquainted with ebay's guidelines on what is andis not allowed to be sold here.

According to your other post eBay restricted your account until you verify your information with them. You need to call eBay to get this solved.
