I wish to focus a issue with this community which is unanswerd to me as, Why this ?
Subject - Return request by buyer.
Issue - Inatiating a return under false resons to save from Return shipping charges.
As eBay insure, a protected and safe market place , but does this market place care for the issue which harms the interest of seller under situation ;
Seller's rules & prescribe under business policies that return shipping would be responsibility of buyer.
Buyer initiate return under false reasoning with intention to save return shipping wihout appropriate proof.
Time bound system , does not care the raised issue by seller but protect buyer under false and decessive / misleading details provided by him . Is n't this a gross overlook of seller's interest and support of wrong persons ?
I strongly recommend that buyer should have some followup steps to claim return and establish facts
& reasoning .
Please comment your opinion and possible ways to curb misuse of this practice.
Thanks

Well the problem is, it's nearly impossible to figure out who is really at fault.
Seller packs up a box and nobody but the seller knows what is inside until the buyer receives it.
And the fact is mistakes do happen. Sure it is rare, and with the amount of returns I bet the return rate based on an honest mistake by a seller is probably shockingly low.
I bet the majority of returns are remorse buys, and the only way the buyer can get out of paying the shipping is to falsely file a SNAD.
But the bottom line is the buyers are the ones who make ebay all the money. If nobody was buying anything, ebay would make far less money. Sellers are a dime a dozen.

The only way to curb misuse of this practise is to not offer it.
ebay has absolutely no way of knowing what is returned, if anything, or why, unless they inspect every package, both coming and going - which they do not.
The guaranteed returns is simply a part of the game to get more buyers to the site to spend money and, to make it appear legitimate, ebay mouths some words to be rules, pays the buyer, usually with the seller's money, and says what a great company they are.
(personal opinion - your mileage may vary)

Thanks for nice understanding about the issue and your comment.
I politely wish to share my personal opinion which contradict to your opinion that eBay is 100% bias in favour of buyer.
To my opinion, eBay is system operated machanisam under good governanance and there are Seller as well as buyers who intentionally wish to abuse the system.
As a seller, My intention is to help authority to focus on raised issues for early solution for developing this market place as zero defect market and curb intentional wrong seller or buyer and save honest seller & buyer.
Thanks

There is absolutely nothing a buyer or seller can do to establish "facts and reasoning" that cannot be lied about, faked or photoshopped.
And eBay even if eBay was willing to pay an investigator to travel to the buyer or seller's location to examine the item, there is still nothing to stop the buyer or seller from simply showing them the wrong item.
So to repeat - there is absolutely nothing a seller can do to establish "facts and reasoning" that cannot be lied about, faked or photoshopped.
