As the titale states :-
Why doesn't ebay remove a digital delivery item once it has been reported ?
For example
To report a digital delivery item -
Click on report an item on sellers auction page - 3 dropdown menu's appear
click on Listing Practises in 1st drop-down menu
click on Other listing practices policy violations in 2nd drop-down menu
click on Digitally delivered goods in 3rd drop-down menu
Click submit report.
All reports take time to fill out - ebay encourage people to report - yet ebay let the digital delivery item stay.
WHY ?
