@Anonymous
New order, buyer made an offer, I accepted. I noticed the buyer said "located in GB" and I don't ship international so I looked at the Order detail record for the item, it has a USA address, but it also says just below the address
Please confirm with buyer that location is correct.
What the heck? Normally I wouldn't even look at the order detail page. I would check paypal for a cleared payment and print a shipping label once paypal confirms payment, not the order detail.
If this is a legitimate issue why is this the only place this appears??? It should have horns and sirens in multiple locations, not hidden away on the orders page. If it's really not an issue, why display this at all?
I've checked a couple other recent orders that I know went through reshippers and this notice does not appear.
Thanks.

Hi @dtexley3, I'm not familiar with this messaging so I definitely want to take a closer look. Can you provide a screenshot of the message for me?

That is how it appears when you "view record" on an order in Seller Hub if the buyer has not yet paid. Once they pay that message goes away.
Are you seeing this on an item that has been paid for?

yes, the item has not yet been paid for. I've never noticed it, though it would be unusual for me to look at the orders detail prior to payment. In this case I noticed the buyer was international so I was double checking to make sure I didn't have a serious problem. I'm NOT shipping delicate china overseas, if they want it so bad to use a relative or reshipper, that's on them.
